1 1/2 c all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 c ripe bananas
2/3 c brown sugar
1/3 c orange juice
1 egg
1/3 c butter
2 c rolled oats
1/4 c pecans
Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Melt butter. Mash bananas. Chop pecans. Beat eggs slightly. Measure sugar. Grease and flour pan. Add all ingredients to flour mxture except oats and pecans. Mix until flour is moist. Stir in oats and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. For thick crust fill square cake pan with hot water and place on rack below bread.
